  • Day Two

    Breakfast: one pop tart [because I have to finish off these boxes of tarts somehow], a cup of decaf tea, a bite of my kellogg's cereal bar.

    Lunch: the other half of my turkey sandwich and a Caeser salad [yeay]

    Dinner-on-the-go: Kefta Kebab pita sandwich ... I can't help myself.

  • Just a friendly tip (I'm trying to eat better as well) you should check the sugar content on your cereal bars.

    I find that larabars are fabulous tasting, filling, and have no sugar.
