• Engagements

  I'm starting to get the feeling that people are catching engagement
  fever. Everywhere I look people are getting engaged, or talking about
  upcoming weddings. So far this summer I will be attending 3 weddings;
  only one of these weddings am I very excited about attending since it
  will be with my boyfriend. Of course, I'm more excited about having fun
  partying with my boyfriend and less excited about how many girls are
  going to be talking about wanting to get married at this wedding. I
  personally am nowhere near ready to get married.
  Don't get me wrong: marriage is great, and I definitely am not one of
  those girls who wants to be a free bird for as long as possible and be
  reckless. I am, however, a girl who has made promises to herself to
  acheive certain things in life on her own before she's ready to make
  promises about the future to another person.

  In other news, my Squishy Baby Bear just graduated from elementary school
