so i got told today ... that i need to change my career objective
because i'm not a "new grad" anymore and am totally still unemployed ...
sigh
so my bare minerals powder made me look really RED and sunburned
yesterday. i dunno what happened ... i looked fine when i had the girl
do my makeup. my mom said i looked like i had healthy skin, but i
looked darker than usual which, like any bangali mother, is a bad thing.
plus, i got the 20's makeup set from sephora [pictured in last sunday's
post], and i realized ... the 40's one is sooooo much cooler. it has
all the colors i actual use, like the coffee bean liner and warm
radiance all-over color. damnit.
~UPDATE~
so i just realized that i made the DUMBEST cut and paste mistake on my
cover letter .... ergh. i'm such an idiot for not catching it. *beating
head on desk*
to stop drinking coffee, espresso, or tea unless served in Asian restaurant [and even then I may try my hardest to abstain] from this day on.
Spring Fling is THIS weekend??????????
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
I think my fashion sense is stuck somewhere between mod, boho, and ethnic ...
I'm attracted to colors and scents that occur naturally: rust, pumpkin, sage, mustard, plum, bamboo, grass, lemons ....
reds, blues, yellows sound like unnatural and constricting categories
... you can't pinpoint what those colors are without adding the words
cherry, turquoise, or sunshine to them, so why not use natures palette
to label things?
