i HATE asking ppl for input
here i am trying to find a place to live ... and people are giving me negative input about the places i like, or asking me why i don't look at someplace closer to where i need to be and it's like ...
PEOPLE! ... i'm not RICH! if i could afford to live on riverside/central park west don't you THINK i would be living there!
anywho ... this is all in retaliation for me finding my dream apt and having the idea shot down because it's closer to one thing but furthest away from Columbia.

I feel you on that one.
Manhattan is a ridiculous place to find an appartment.
It's hard finding an apartment that fits your commuting needs while at the same time fits your budget. If you've found something that works out for you, then go with your instincts.
